Applications

Installation Instructions

1. Clean and dry the roof surface thoroughly.

2. Cut the flashing cone to match the pipe’s outer diameter for a tight fit.

3. Seat the flashing so the cone is flush around the pipe and the base forms to the roof profile.

4. Secure the base with corrosion-resistant screws (Class 3 or 4), spaced 20–50 mm apart.

5. Apply neutral-cure sealant around the base if needed, avoiding sealant between the cone and pipe.

6. For retrofit jobs, split the cone carefully, fit it around the existing pipe, and reseal securely.
