Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the unused plumbing supplies in their original packaging, ensuring all gaskets, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned parts, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
