Flexseal Standard Coupling 100mm - 620mm
- Used for - Sewerage, drainage and low-pressure applications up to 2.5 bar (250kpa)
- Comprised of - EPDM rubber body with stainless steel clamp bands and a central stainless steel shear band
- Benefits - Stainless steel shear band located centrally along the width of the coupling, the stainless steel shear band resists earth movements to ensure the pipes maintain their original alignment.
- Sizing - 100mm in diameter to 620mm in diameter. For pipes larger than 620mm Large Diameter Couplings can be made to order upon request
- Hydroflow stocked sizes - 100mm - 290mm
- Temperature Range -50°C to 80°C constant, 100°C intermittent
- Tightening Torque - SC115-SC200 (6Nm), SC225-SC600 (13Nm)
- Jetting pressure - 120 bar (12000kpa)

- The Standard Coupling range Type B - SC115 to SC620 is WMK T22225 approved to AS/NZS 4327 and suitable for private and public sewers
- Standard Couplings can be combined with Flexseal Bushes in order to act as an adaptor between pipelines of differing outside diameters. Standard Couplings are made from EN681-1 EPDM rubber and have Grade 1.4401 (316 stainless steel clamps and shear bands.
- The product can also be supplied with nitrile sleeves for use with effluent which may be contaminated with hydrocarbons - upon special request
